PomDoctor ($POM) Alleged Pump-and-Dump Stock Promotion Scheme Case

Class period Start

Lead Plaintiff motion deadline
  • $POM investors filed a claim against PomDoctor for failing to disclose that the stock’s trading was being artificially inflated by a fraudulent social-media-driven “pump-and-dump” promotion scheme.
  • After reports and investigations tied $POM’s price spike to alleged manipulation and coordinated dumping, $POM fell about 93% from $5.42 on December 9, 2025 to approximately $0.40 by December 11, 2025.
  • $POM investors can join this case to be notified about potential recovery.
Case Details:

Between Oct. 9, 2025 and Dec. 11, 2025, PomDoctor told investors it was a leading chronic-disease telehealth platform in China, pointing to revenue growth, strong online-pharmacy performance, and cost discipline in its public filings.

Investors allege that, behind the scenes, $POM’s run-up was fueled by a fraudulent social-media promotion campaign and private chat groups—some tied to impersonators posing as financial professionals—creating artificial buying pressure. They further claim insiders and/or affiliates used offshore or nominee accounts to dump shares while the company failed to disclose the alleged manipulation and misinformation.

As reports and investigations spotlighted the alleged pump-and-dump on Dec. 9–10, 2025, $POM collapsed about 91% to roughly $0.50, and by Dec. 11, 2025 it traded around $0.40, down about 93% from its pre-drop level.

Based on these events, $POM investors filed a claim against PomDoctor, alleging the company:
  • It failed to disclose that $POM was allegedly being promoted through a fraudulent, social-media-based pump-and-dump scheme
  • It omitted material facts about alleged insider/affiliate dumping and the role of offshore/nominee accounts and artificial trading activity
  • It misled investors about the integrity of the market for $POM and the risks affecting its stock price
Investors argue PomDoctor misled the market about the true drivers of $POM’s price and trading activity, causing investor losses when the alleged manipulation unraveled.
