  • $FLNC investors filed a claim against Fluence Energy for allegedly overstating its ability to deliver its backlog and meet 2026 revenue targets despite unresolved manufacturing problems.

  • After Fluence Energy cut its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance again because of continuing manufacturing delays, $FLNC fell 15.36% on September 17, 2026.

  • $FLNC investors can join this case to be notified about potential recovery.

Case Details:

Between November 24, 2025 and September 16, 2026, Fluence Energy told investors it was positioned for substantial growth and expected $3.2–$3.6 billion in 2026 revenue. Executives emphasized record backlog, sufficient manufacturing resources, and confidence in delivering revenue covered by existing orders.

However, during this period, investors allege unresolved production problems threatened Fluence Energy’s ability to deliver projects and recognize expected revenue. Fluence Energy allegedly failed to disclose its 2026 guidance depended on new manufacturing facilities that were unfinished, not operational, or unable to produce enough volume; That the corrective measures were not resolving production problems, and these problems threatened timely delivery of backlog supporting its revenue guidance.

Then, on February 4, 2026, the company revealed higher project costs and increased losses, and $FLNC closed at $18.95 the next day. Additional revelations followed on August 5 and September 16, including $400 million in delayed project deliveries and further guidance cuts tied to manufacturing delays. By September 17, shares had dropped to $7.66.

Based on these events, $FLNC investors filed a claim against Fluence Energy, alleging the company:

  • It overstated its ability to deliver its backlog and meet 2026 guidance.

  • It failed to disclose that manufacturing problems persisted despite corrective measures.

  • It maintained financial targets that allegedly depended on production capacity that was not ready.

Investors argue Fluence Energy misled the market about its manufacturing readiness and ability to convert backlog into 2026 revenue, causing losses when the truth emerged.
