  • $CRWV investors filed a claim against CoreWeave, Inc. for allegedly overstating its infrastructure readiness and revenue outlook while downplaying risks related to reliance on a single third-party data center provider.
  • After multiple disclosures of project delays and lowered financial guidance, $CRWV declined 62.1% from its post-IPO high of $183.58 on June 20, 2025, to $69.50 on December 16, 2025.
  • $CRWV investors can join this case to be notified about potential recovery.

Case Details:

CoreWeave, an AI-focused cloud infrastructure company, went public on March 28, 2025, following major announcements, including a multibillion-dollar deal with OpenAI. The company’s IPO priced at $40.00 per share, and its stock surged to $183.58 by June 20, 2025, on investor optimism about strong demand for AI infrastructure services and the company’s rapid expansion strategy.

However, by late 2025, operational challenges began to surface. On October 30, 2025, Core Scientific (CoreWeave’s key infrastructure partner) announced it had terminated its merger with CoreWeave after failing to secure shareholder approval. On the same day, CoreWeave's stock fell 6.3%. Then, during its Q3 earnings call on November 10, 2025, CoreWeave lowered its full-year revenue guidance, citing construction delays from a third-party data center developer. A day later, the company clarified that multiple data centers operated by a single provider were affected. This caused the stock to fall another 16.3% to $88.30.

Finally, on December 15, 2025, The Wall Street Journal reported that the data center delays were more extensive than previously disclosed. Weather-related setbacks, revised design plans, and months of prior warnings from Core Scientific suggested prolonged disruption to critical AI infrastructure projects. Following this news, CoreWeave stock declined further to close at $69.50 on December 16, 2025.

Based on these events, $CRWV investors filed a claim against CoreWeave, alleging the company:

  • It overstated its ability to scale infrastructure to meet rising AI demand.
  • It downplayed reliance on a single third-party data center provider.
  • It maintained overly optimistic revenue guidance despite known operational risks.
Investors argue CoreWeave misled the market about its infrastructure readiness and growth trajectory, resulting in losses when delays and lowered guidance were publicly revealed.
