AVYA fraud misleading statements to trap shareholders

The plaintiff has voluntarily dismissed the case, ending the lawsuit.

Dear Officers,

I had invested $50000 in AVAYA stock AVYA based on the AVYA CEO statements publicly.

Also i had invested $34000 from my 401k accounts in AVYA.
