  • $ADMA investors filed a claim against ADMA Biologics for allegedly inflating ASCENIV revenue through unwanted distributor shipments and hiding a related-party distribution relationship.
  • After a short-seller report alleged channel stuffing and an undisclosed related-party distributor, $ADMA fell 39.0% from March 24 to March 26, 2026.
  • $ADMA investors can join this case to be notified about potential recovery.
Case Details:

Between August 9, 2024 and March 25, 2026, ADMA Biologics told investors it recognized product revenue when customers received control of the product and reported strong ASCENIV revenue growth. Executives also stated that the company’s disclosure controls were effective and disclosed purchases from GenesisBPS, a company tied to ADMA insiders.

However, during this period, investors allege ADMA Biologics used rebates and extended payment terms to push unwanted ASCENIV inventory into distributors, creating the appearance of higher demand. ADMA Biologics allegedly failed to disclose that ASCENIV revenue growth was allegedly driven by excess product shipped into the channel. Genesis BioPharma Services allegedly distributed ASCENIV while sharing ADMA’s corporate headquarters and ties to company insiders, and the company lacked controls needed to accurately report revenue and related-party dealings.

Then, on March 24, 2026, Culper Research reported that ADMA Biologics allegedly used channel stuffing and an undisclosed related-party distributor, estimating that ASCENIV revenues declined absent excess channel inventory.

$ADMA fell 16.6%, closing at $11.33. Additional revelations followed on March 26, 2026, including an analyst downgrade after ADMA’s response failed to address investor concerns.

By March 26, 2026, shares had dropped to $8.29, representing a total decline of 39.0% over the correction period.

Based on these events, $ADMA investors filed a claim against ADMA Biologics, alleging the company:
  • It hid ASCENIV channel stuffing.
  • It failed to disclose a related-party distribution relationship involving Genesis BioPharma Services.
  • It overstated revenue growth and control strength, causing investors to reassess ADMA Biologics when the issues emerged.
Investors argue ADMA Biologics misled the market about ASCENIV demand, revenue quality, and related-party dealings, causing losses when the truth emerged.
