(4) Defendants were engaged in a scheme to manipulate the Company’s stock price, and
(5) as a result, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. The lawsuit claimed that investors suffered damages when the true details entered the market.
