"In 2018, Mindbody made two acquisitions that expanded the number of businesses served by Mindbody and expanded the services that Mindbody could provide. The SAC alleges that defendants Mindbody, Richard L. Stollmeyer, Brett White, and Eric Liaw made materially false and misleading statements and/or omissions in connection with Mindbody’s acquisition by Vista (the “Merger”) and in connection with Mindbody’s Fourth Quarter 2018 revenue guidance.
